Second, I wanted to update you on a few new ways we can support you from now on and in the new year.
Premium support: Meet Anna
In the past few weeks, we have made significant changes to how we want to offer support whenever you run into questions.
Responsible for all these changes is my new colleague Anna. Anna joined the team in November and brings deep expertise in editorial newsletters and journalism. She also knows every aspect of Revue.
She has set up a few new ways for us to support you:
A new address, exclusively for publishers: You can now reach us at [email protected] whenever you have a question, product idea or need anything done.
A newly overhauled help section: Our help center is now reworked and will answer most questions your teams who work with Revue will have. Find our new help center here
The email address is active already, so please reach out there. We’ll make sure that Anna or a member from the team is always there for you.
